B2B CONTENT / CAMPAIGN PROTOTYPE

B2B Content
Marketing

Turn one customer story into useful content for the next customer.

Campaign strategy, copy and a working prototype based on a public customer story. Proposed work, with no campaign results claimed.

THE WORK

Three posts · Landing page · Practical guide · Diagnostic

THE IDEA

Use the customer’s experience to help a reader recognize a need of their own.

THE STARTING POINT

A real story.
A useful next step.

The public case describes a company working with a technology partner to make employment information easier to access through an AI assistant. I translated that experience into a marketing journey.

The content keeps the original problem and solution, then gives readers examples and questions they can apply to their own teams. My work is the marketing experience, not the underlying AI implementation.

Adapted from a public customer story. Company and customer identities are omitted in this portfolio version.

01 / LINKEDIN

Start with a familiar problem.

Three angles into the same story: timing, the tools people already use and recurring questions. Each post leads to the same useful resource.

English adaptation of the original proposed posts. The publisher identity is illustrative.

CONTENT DECISION

Lead with the reader’s problem, then show the customer evidence.

Technology partnerAI solutions for everyday work · Proposed post

It is Sunday. Your HR team is off. Your employees still have questions.

A family emergency. A question about leave. An answer needed before Monday.

The customer wanted to make employment information easier to access outside HR working hours. A technology partner helped design and implement an AI assistant in Microsoft Teams, available 24/7 and working with selected information sources.

What could change in your company if those answers were easier to find?

Explore the customer story and a practical guide to identifying a first AI opportunity in your team.

02 / LANDING PAGE

Make the value clear.

The same promise continues on the landing page. A short form represents the exchange: useful material for a relevant business contact.

RESOURCE / CUSTOMER STORY + GUIDELANDING PAGE PROTOTYPE

Your employees’ questions
do not wait until Monday.

See how an AI assistant in Teams helped make employment information available beyond HR working hours.

Then use practical examples and four questions to explore a possible application in your company.

  • The original customer need and solution.
  • Examples across HR, IT, Finance, Operations and Sales.
  • An interactive tool to identify what needs validating.

A defined scope and trusted sources come before a pilot.

THE PRACTICAL GUIDE

From their experience
to your next question.

Demo form. Use fictional details. Nothing is sent or saved.

03 / LEAD MAGNET

Make the story useful to someone else.

The guide moves from the customer example to practical questions. It gives the reader something to discuss with their own team.

A resource worth keeping.

Four English pages cover the case, department examples, the four foundations and a worksheet for the next conversation.

The diagnostic adds context and a personalized summary. It helps the reader prepare before talking to a specialist.

Direct access is available here so portfolio visitors can inspect the work without completing the demo form.

INTERACTIVE TOOL

Where could an AI assistant help?

Choose a department and work through four questions. Get a useful next step, with the gaps and evidence to review.

Use fictional examples. Answers stay in this page until you leave or reset. No AI service or CRM is connected.
